How to get a beautiful spandex fabrics:
1. Strengthen pre-processing equipment and operations:
Ammonia-containing elastic fabrics should strengthen or improve the synchronization between the guide rollers of the equipment regardless of whether they are refined by open width or rope, to prevent the cloth surface from being pulled and squeezed, and finally washed at room temperature to prevent overheating and excessive stacking and overheating. High, too long will cause wrinkles.
2. Strictly control the pre-type process:
It is scheduled to prevent curling, wrinkling and stabilize the width of the door. A slightly higher temperature can be used without affecting the elasticity and feel of spandex. For example, polyester and spandex can be controlled at 190-195℃, and nylon spandex can be controlled at 185-190℃. , Cotton ammonia 180-185 ℃, the speed is generally 15-20m. At the same time, keep the cloth surface flat to prevent shrinkage and wrinkles.
3. Adjust the nozzle pressure and the speed of the lifting roller during dyeing:
According to the gram weight of the fabric, the two can be coordinated to prevent wrapping, pressing the cylinder, and blocking the cloth. If necessary, the bath ratio can be appropriately increased to reduce the volume of the cylinder, and the anti-wrinkle agent in the bath can be added or the cloth speed can be increased.
4. Control the heating and cooling speed:
Strictly follow the computer program settings, strengthen the process discipline, control the temperature not to exceed 1-1.5 ℃/min, and strictly prevent the fibers from gathering and shrinking due to excessive speed and causing a lot of wrinkles.
5. Do a good job in the final shape:
Effectively reducing the falling cloth temperature and properly increasing the set temperature can be beneficial to the elimination of virtual wrinkles and slight wrinkles in the previous process. Generally, the temperature of chemical fibers can be controlled to be 10-20°C lower than the predetermined temperature, and the temperature of cotton can be 20-30°C lower than the predetermined temperature; at the same time, it is better to blow cold air and cool the cooling roller at the cloth outlet to ensure that the cloth surface is below 50°C, otherwise due to Hot pressing creates new wrinkles.
6. In addition, if the unwinding loose cloth in the front line is left for too long, the hem of the fabric will be formed due to the shrinkage of the spandex. It must be booked in time to avoid it. Including the dehydration after dyeing, it should not be too dry. more than 2-3 hours.
